Online therapy
Therapy from your own safe environment. Online therapy is proven just as effective as face-to-face treatment.
What is Online therapy?
Online therapy, conducted via video call, has grown enormously. Research consistently shows that online CBT, EMDR and other evidence-based therapies are as effective as face-to-face treatment for most conditions.
For many people, online therapy removes important barriers: no travel time, flexible scheduling, and access to specialists who aren't available locally.
How does it work?
No travel, no waiting room
You connect from wherever you feel most comfortable, eliminating a practical barrier that often delays people from starting therapy.
All evidence-based therapies
CBT, EMDR, ACT, schema therapy all translate effectively to online formats. The therapeutic relationship, the most important factor, is equally strong online.
What can you expect?
You and your therapist agree on a video platform for sessions.
Sessions run for the same duration as face-to-face therapy, typically 50–60 minutes.
Between sessions, you may receive digital assignments or psychoeducation materials.
Your progress is monitored using the same measures as in face-to-face therapy.
Sessions can switch to in-person at any point if needed.
