How does it work?
Up and running in 3 steps
You receive a unique company code
When you sign up for a package, you receive a personal company code. You share this with your employees, for example via the intranet or HR newsletter.
Employees book themselves, using the code
An employee finds a provider themselves and enters the company code when booking the intake. The code links the booking to your package for counting and invoicing purposes only. Who uses the code and what for remains invisible to you.
You pay a fixed monthly fee plus the intakes
The monthly subscription covers access, the login dashboard and the anonymous reporting. The intakes are billed separately: per use, or bought upfront in a bundle with a volume discount (valid 12 months). So you never pay for intakes you do not use.
