Employer terms and conditions
Version 1.2 · Effective from PsyIntake launch · Last updated: July 2026
Nature of the service
PsyIntake is a digital mediation platform. An employer package gives the employer's employees accelerated access to an intake session with a qualified provider via the platform.
The package covers only the mediation around the intake session. Any follow-up treatments are arranged directly between the employee and the provider, at the provider's own rate. PsyIntake and the employer play no role in this.
Subscription and intake costs
The employer package consists of a fixed monthly subscription and the cost per intake. The subscription is charged monthly in advance and gives access to the platform, the login dashboard and the anonymous reporting.
Intake sessions are billed separately, on top of the subscription. This can be done in two ways: per intake actually taken, or upfront in a bundle of multiple intakes at a volume rate.
A bundle of intakes bought upfront is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase; unused intakes expire after that. The employer only pays for the subscription and for the intakes taken or bought upfront. No costs are charged for intakes that are not used.
The current subscription and intake rates are listed at psyintake.nl/werkgevers. The subscription can be cancelled in accordance with Article 7.
The company code
Upon taking out a package, the employer receives a unique company code. Employees use this code when booking an intake session to link the booking to the employer's package.
The company code is used solely for counting the number of intake sessions used and for invoicing the employer. The code is not used and cannot be used to identify which employee booked an intake or what the session was about.
The employer is responsible for sharing the company code carefully with their own employees and for reporting any misuse to PsyIntake.
Privacy and data protection
PsyIntake never shares personal data of employees with the employer. The employer receives only aggregated and non-traceable reports, for example on the distribution of complaint categories or the total use of the package.
Reports are moreover only provided once at least five employees have used the platform. Below that threshold no figures are shown, so that data can never be traced to an individual employee.
The employer receives no information about the identity of employees who have booked an intake, the content of a session, or the outcome of an intake or any follow-up treatment.
Employees are informed of this when booking an intake via a company code, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Employer responsibilities
The employer is responsible for providing the data needed for invoicing of the package correctly and completely.
The employer does not exert pressure on employees in any way to use the platform, and respects that participation in an intake session via PsyIntake is entirely voluntary and confidential.
PsyIntake liability
PsyIntake is a digital mediation platform. Our services to the employer consist exclusively of:
- Making the employer package available: access to the platform, the dashboard and the intakes.
- Linking bookings to the package via the company code, for counting and invoicing purposes.
- Providing aggregated, non-traceable reports.
- Making an employer portal available with insight into package usage.
PsyIntake is not liable for:
- The content, quality or outcome of any intake session or follow-up treatment.
- Damage suffered by an employee or employer as a result of the actions or omissions of a provider.
- Decisions made by an employer on the basis of aggregated reports.
Termination and cancellation
Packages continue for the agreed period and are automatically renewed unless cancelled in time. The notice period and minimum term are stated in the quotation or agreement provided when the package is taken out.
PsyIntake reserves the right to terminate the agreement with immediate effect in the event of misuse of the company code, pressure being exerted on employees, or serious breach of these terms.
